Our approach.. Every research question we investigate originates in clinical practice — in the patients we see, the diseases we treat, and the gaps between what current evidence tells us and what our patients actually need..

WHAT WE WORK ON.

Research Themes

Our research spans three core themes — each originating in clinical practice and generating evidence that shapes how rhinologic disease is understood and treated internationally.

Defining the phenotypes and endotypes of chronic rhinosinusitis, characterising biologic responders and non-responders, and building toward the concept of clinical remission in CRS.

From the physiology of breathing perception to surgical outcomes in turbinate surgery, septoplasty, and nasal valve repair — developing a rigorous evidence base for how we assess and relieve nasal blockage.

Genetic characterisation, surgical outcomes, and quality of life research across the spectrum of anterior skull base and pituitary neuroendocrine neoplasia.

More than fifty surgeons from around the world have spent time with our group over the past two years. We share our clinical and research approach openly with the international surgical community.

VISIT SYDNEY

Come and See How We Work

More than fifty surgeons from around the world have spent time with our group over the past two years — observing in clinic, in theatre, and in our research meetings. They come to see what a research-active rhinology practice looks like when the evidence and the clinical work are genuinely integrated.
